Legal fees for notaries in Israel – 2026

Below are several examples of the updated 2026 rates for standard notarized certificates. (VAT at the current rate of 18% must be added to the amounts shown below).

1. For a Notarial Deed of Certification conforming to the original of a document:

For the first page: 77 ILS (+VAT),

For each additional page: add 13 ILS (+VAT),

For each additional certificate (copy) on the first page: add 27 ILS (+VAT); and for each additional page: add 13 ILS (+VAT).

2. For a Notarial Deed of Authentication of the accuracy of the translation:

For all or part of the first hundred words of the translation: 251 ILS (+VAT),

For each additional hundred words or part thereof up to a thousand words: add 197 ILS (+VAT),

For each additional hundred words or part thereof beyond the first thousand words: add 99 ILS (+VAT),

For each additional certificate (copy): add 77 ILS (+VAT).

3. For a Notarized Certificate in a foreign language:

For a Notarial Act issued in a foreign language other than Hebrew or English: 104 ILS (+VAT) extra.
